Meet our new Community Development Manager – Cat Bradshaw

The HEY Smile Foundation is pleased to welcome Cat Bradshaw as our new Community Development Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, primarily working on the front line with children, young people, and their families, Cat is passionate about supporting people to build confidence, resilience, and their own support systems. Alongside her family work, she has also worked as a Project Manager and an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA), where she developed strong leadership and advocacy skills.

When the opportunity for this role arose, Cat knew she could bring the same passion, skills, and knowledge to support her team in empowering communities. She thrives on maintaining a broad perspective of the sector, guiding and supporting her team as they collaborate with amazing VCSE organisations. Cat loves hearing how everyone is working together to make a real difference – every day is different, and she feels privileged to be part of a team that helps people smile!
