Inclusion Health focuses on improving access to health and wellbeing support for people who often face barriers or fall through societal gaps.. Working with partners across health, social care, and the voluntary sector, we design compassionate, community‑led solutions that meet people where they are.Our inclusion health work is commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council Public Health Team.Our work ensures that everyone, regardless of background, circumstance, or challenge, has the opportunity to live a healthier, more connected life.
