We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Service to oversee and strategically lead our Connecting Communities Team, Community Development Team, Green Social Prescribing Team, and Health Tree Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of our charity programs, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives.

Business Manager – Job Description – Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee and support Smiles’s internal functions. Being a pivot part of the management team you will support with operation functions, be a single point of contact for our internal and external reporting, manage our grant process and give additional support to our heads of department.

VCS Inclusion Health Worker –Job Description – VCS Inclusion Health Worker

HEY Smile Foundation works in partnership with a range of stakeholders to create a positive and sustainable change within communities. This new role will enhance the voice of the voluntary sector by providing a picture of the complex connections, pathways, and relationships between services, people, and organisations. The Inclusion Health Worker will be an advocate for inclusion health, working with the local voluntary and community (VCS) sector to promote inclusion health needs, gathering of intelligence into the referral pathways, unmet needs, and areas for change required to reduce health inequities across the East Riding.
