Funding for Performing Arts Students - £250 - £10,000

Applications are now open for the I AM Fund, a grant programme supporting organisations that provide performing arts opportunities for young people across our region.

The grant window is open and will close at 11.59pm on Wednesday 23 September 2026. The fund is designed to support projects that inspire young people through the performing arts, helping them develop confidence, creativity, skills and self-expression.

Grants of £250 to £10,000 are available to organisations delivering high-quality performing arts activities, including workshops, training programmes, productions, performances, equipment purchases and other creative initiatives that directly benefit young people.

The I AM Fund aims to remove financial barriers that can prevent children and young people from accessing the performing arts, ensuring more young people have the opportunity to discover their talents, develop new skills and fulfil their creative potential.

Organisations with a passion for nurturing young people through music, dance, drama, theatre or other performing arts disciplines are encouraged to apply. Applications should clearly demonstrate the positive impact the funding will have on the young people involved and how the project aligns with the aims of the fund.

We encourage organisations to submit their applications as early as possible and ensure all supporting information is provided before the deadline.
