Meet our New Business Manager, Sarah Cox

Sarah Cox is the Business Manager at HEY Smile Foundation. She brings nearly two decades of valuable experience from her time working at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, where she developed expertise in governance, compliance, customer relations, staff development, and team leadership.

In her role at Smile, Sarah manages a wide range of responsibilities including grant management, overseeing systems and processes, supporting the Time2Volunteer Awards, and coordinating various internal projects. Her diverse role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of the foundation.
