BLOSSOM FUNDING UP TO £3000

This funding is to enable a new adult social care innovation to blossom. It will help attract further investment and bring partners together to create shared learning.

Overview: With a deep understanding and track record of responding to adult social care needs, your organisation is in need of further investment to deliver a bigger impact. Funding might create new learning and attract additional resources – this could be explored further with the help of the Community Hive Team.Example: You are currently delivering strong adult social care outcomes but could do more if a new resource was in place to create efficiencies. Step One: Register for the Smile Community Hive
Step Two: Register on the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Flexigrant system

At anytime you can contact the Smile Community Hive team or your local East Riding Social Prescribing team to discuss your application further. Both teams are keen to listen to ideas and make connections that might help develop your approach. A development plan should be in place before submitting your application, which either of the teams can help you with. Fundable items: Materials and consumables, room hire, travel, equipment, volunteer expenses, DBS checks, insurance, training costs and utilities/running costs. Timescales: open grant programme, decisions within six weeks or less.
