MIDDLE CHILD

Enhancing a local pantomime Middle Child is a Hull-based theatre company. They work hard to bring performances to life and make sense of the modern world. Their performances are infamous in the Hull area, and in 2015 Smile worked tirelessly to secure the £15,000 of funding to ensure the pantomime could still go ahead. The 2015 performance helped cement the festive favourite and Middle Child has continued to go from strength to strength: in June 2017 the Arts Council announced that Middle Child would be joining its National Portfolio from April 2018. Their show All We Ever Wanted Was Everything has been called the pick of the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe - we're delighted to see their continuing success.
