Transformation The Butterflies Group gives vital support to a wide range of people fighting dementia and to their families. Smile and our network of business partners have played a major part in helping Butterflies to develop and meet the needs of this rapidly growing health challenge in Hull and East Yorkshire. We’ve secured premises, helped with the charity registration process, marketing, communications and PR, and given support with fundraising initiatives.
