HEY Smile Foundation is looking for an ambitious relationship-builder to join its team as Head of Partnerships and Engagement.

The new role will help Smile strengthen connections with businesses, funders, supporters, public services, charities and community organisations across Hull, East Yorkshire and the wider Humber region.

The Head of Partnerships and Engagement will work closely with Smile’s Chief Executive and leadership team, taking a central role in shaping how the organisation develops and manages its most important relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee fundraising and engagement activity, support the development of Smile’s events programme and help ensure that partners and supporters feel connected to the impact of their involvement.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning conversations into meaningful action. Smile is looking for a proactive individual with ideas, credibility and the ability to spot opportunities, build trust and develop partnerships that deliver real value.
