Smile Welcomes Richard Edmondson as Head of Operations

The HEY Smile Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Edmondson as Head of Operations, a key leadership role supporting the charity’s mission across Hull and East Yorkshire.

Richard brings a wealth of experience from his diverse career, beginning in the police force where he retired as a Police Inspector and Incident Manager. His leadership extended to training recruits and managing major incident response. He later managed training delivery and contracts at HFR Solutions, part of Humberside Fire Service, and served as Operations Manager in the engineering sector.

Richard transitions into the voluntary sector with extensive skills in managing complex operations, finances, and teams. His role at HEY Smile Foundation includes overseeing daily operations, finances, contracts, premises, and staff, helping the organisation deliver vital community support.
