Join the Humber, Coast and Vale Green Social Prescribing programme team as we officially launch.
Find out more about the programme and how you can get involved. In this webinar you will hear from:
- Brent Kilmurray – CEO of Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the Humber, Coast and Vale Green Social Prescribing Programme Steering Group
- Gary Sainty – Programme Director – Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE), Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership

The Humber, Coast and Vale Green Social Prescribing programme is one of seven ‘test and learn’ sites in England that will examine how health and care services, working with communities and local organisations, can connect more people with nature and nature-based activities to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The programme is led by the Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership with the Lead Provider HEY Smile Foundation.
During the webinar we will update on the programmes progress, highlight key areas of work going forward and offer opportunities to get involved in our work.
Questions can be submitted in advance via GreenSP@heysmilefoundation.org and time will be allocated to answer these during the webinar.
