Digital Inclusion Grants: Round Five Now Open

Welcome to the fifth round of funding, made possible through the transformative partnership between KCOM and the HEY Smile Foundation.

The KCOM Digital Inclusion Grant Programme continues to make a lasting difference across our region – helping community groups connect people, strengthen digital confidence, and open new opportunities for learning and engagement.

As part of a three-year funding commitment, telecommunications leader KCOM has pledged to provide individual grants of up to £15,000, supporting projects that advance online inclusion, bridge generational divides, and improve digital skills and awareness across Hull, the East Riding, and North Lincolnshire.

At HEY Smile Foundation, we believe that access to digital tools and education is essential for stronger, more connected communities. Through this programme, we work closely with KCOM to ensure funding reaches organisations best placed to deliver meaningful, long-term impact.

Grant funding is awarded at the discretion of an assessment panel, with several projects supported through grants of up to £15,000.

The application window for this round opens on 2 February 2026 and closes on 18 March 2026. Grant recipients will be announced shortly after the closing date.

Applications can be submitted through Beecan – HEY Smile Foundation’s online grant-giving platform that connects funders, community organisations, and charities.
