Meet our New Data Analyst, Emma

Emma Andrews is the Data Analyst at HEY Smile Foundation, bringing valuable expertise and a strong background in data management to the team. Before joining Smile, Emma worked at East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC), where she supported adult social care behind the scenes. Her role involved working closely with the brokerage, contract, and quality assurance teams to manage and analyse data to improve services.

Outside of work, Emma is an active member of the Hull Roundheads sports community and has previously served as vice captain for the touch rugby team. She enjoys staying fit through gym workouts and running, and is passionate about supporting local sports, regularly cheering on Hull City and Hull KR.

Emma’s blend of professional experience and community involvement plays a key role in HEY Smile Foundation’s mission to deliver data-driven, impactful support to the communities we serve.
