Celebrating the sponsors behind this year’s highly anticipated Ladies Lunch

We are delighted to announce Hugh Rice as the Main Sponsor for this year’s highly anticipated Ladies Lunch, jointly hosted by HEY Smile Foundation and Sailors’ Children’s Society. This prestigious event is set to shine brighter than ever, and Hugh Rice’s incredible support will add some extra sparkle to this year’s event.

Danielle, Operations Director at Hugh Rice, shared her excitement:
“As long-time supporters of The HEY Smile Foundation and, more recently, the Sailors’ Children’s Society, we saw this as the perfect opportunity to unite our fundraising efforts with showcasing Hugh Rice Jewellers. As a family business, our values align with their commitment to supporting local communities, and we deeply admire their passion and incredible work. This event is truly special, and we’re delighted to be part of the day.”

Hugh Rice will be joined by our Associate Sponsors – Gosschalks, Hinks Insurance and Prestige Recruitment – who are equally committed to making this event a remarkable success.

Contributing to life-changing work

This year’s Ladies Lunch is set to be bigger than ever, with a record number of attendees and an atmosphere charged with excitement. The event is not only a celebration of community and business, but also a vital contributor to the life-changing work of the two partnering charities.

The event, which will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hull on 7th March, will feature a trio of incredible women who will share the stage to deliver another fun and inspirational afternoon for our second Ladies Lunch event: Our wonderful guest speaker Andrea McLean, Look North’s Gemma Dawson and antiques powerhouse Caroline Hawley who will lead the charity auction.

Natasha Barley, CEO of Sailors’ Children’s Society, highlighted the significance of this year’s Ladies Lunch: “Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, this will be the most spectacular Ladies Lunch yet, with 500 phenomenal businesspeople in one room. It’s a perfect blend of networking and fundraising, ensuring we can continue to support families in crisis.”

Tessa Wray, Head of Partnership at The HEY Smile Foundation, echoed this sentiment: “We couldn’t deliver such an incredible event without the support of our sponsors. Their generosity ensures the day will provide a memorable experience for our guests and will also leave a lasting legacy, for both organisations, helping us to make an even greater impact in the communities we serve.”
