Entries are now open for 2017 Humber Bridge Half Marathon, which is already set to have a record number of runners.

Smile has worked in partnership with the Rotary Club of Hull on the Humber Bridge Half Marathon for the past three years, and is delighted to support such an established local event.

Set against the backdrop of the iconic Humber Bridge, the 2016 half marathon attracted over 2,200 runners, and with the City of Culture buzz for 2017, it is hoped that next year’s race will be the best yet.

One of Smile’s key objectives has been to encourage runners to fundraise for local charities, including the smaller ones which are often overlooked, and engagement in this area has been wonderful.

Smile has also instrumental in bringing Hudgell Solicitors on board as main event sponsor, and the consequential brand enhancement has elevated the status of the event on both a local and national basis.

We did it!

The Smile team continue to be thrilled with the development of the Humber Bridge Half Marathon, and truly grateful to the dedicated team of volunteers and sponsors who enable this event to happen each year.
